We are seeking an experienced and passionate Clinical Support Specialist – Orthopedics to join their team in Dublin.

Role Overview
As a Clinical Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring healthcare professionals have the knowledge, tools, and confidence to successfully use the company’s orthopedic products. This position combines technical expertise, training delivery, and in-theatre support to deliver an outstanding experience for clients and their patients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert in-theatre clinical support during orthopedic procedures, ensuring the effective and appropriate use of the company’s products.

  • Deliver comprehensive training sessions and workshops to surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clinical queries, troubleshooting, and product-related support.

  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities for customer engagement and product adoption.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company’s product portfolio, surgical techniques, and advancements in orthopedics.

  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including surgeons, hospital staff, and procurement teams.

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical education programs tailored to client needs.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and best practices in orthopedic care.

Requirements

  • A clinical background in nursing, physiotherapy, or a related healthcare field (Orthopedic experience preferred).

  • Proven experience providing clinical or technical support in a healthcare setting, ideally within orthopedics or medical devices.

  • Strong understanding of surgical environments and the needs of healthcare professionals.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • The ability to build and maintain trust-based relationships with clients.

  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.

  • Flexibility to travel within Dublin and occasionally throughout Ireland.

  • A valid driver’s license.
