Role Overview
As the Operating Room Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for promoting and selling a range of medical devices, equipment, and consumables to hospitals and surgical facilities in Munster. You will build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, providing expert product knowledge, training, and support to ensure seamless integration of products into the operating room environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders in hospitals, surgical facilities, and healthcare institutions, including surgeons, nurses, and procurement teams.

• Promote and sell a portfolio of medical devices, equipment, and consumables for use in the operating room.

• Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical support to healthcare professionals during surgeries, ensuring optimal product usage.

• Identify new business opportunities and create strategies to drive sales growth within the Munster region.

• Provide ongoing training and education to operating room staff on product features, benefits, and best practices.

• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market trends.

• Stay informed about developments in the healthcare and medical device industries to provide expert guidance to customers.

Requirements

• Proven experience in medical device sales, ideally in a surgical or operating room environment.

• Strong understanding of operating room protocols and workflows.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build relationships and inspire confidence in healthcare professionals.

• Self-motivated and results-driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a wider team.

• Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude.

• Full, clean driver’s license and flexibility to travel across Munster.
