Grey Wave Recruitment is working with a leading supplier of medical equipment, renowned for providing high-quality products, clinical support, and after-sales service to hospitals, medical facilities, community care centers, and private patients. We are seeking a passionate and skilled Sales Specialist with a background as a Midwife or Lactation Consultant to join their team. This role focuses on promoting innovative breast pump medical devices, supporting healthcare professionals, and improving patient outcomes.

Role Overview
As a Sales Specialist, you will leverage your clinical expertise to promote and support the company’s range of breast pump medical devices. You’ll work closely with healthcare professionals to provide training, clinical support, and tailored solutions to meet patient needs. Combining your clinical knowledge and sales skills, you will play a vital role in driving growth and building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, maternity units, community care centers, and private clinics.

• Promote and sell breast pump medical devices, highlighting their benefits and addressing client needs.

• Deliver clinical training and demonstrations to healthcare professionals, ensuring confidence in product usage.

• Provide ongoing support, including troubleshooting and technical guidance, to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Work collaboratively with the sales team to develop strategies for business growth and market expansion.

• Attend industry events, conferences, and training sessions to stay up-to-date on product developments and industry trends.

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback.

• Act as a trusted advisor, sharing clinical expertise to drive product adoption and improve patient care.

Requirements

• Qualified Midwife, Lactation Consultant, or similar healthcare professional with relevant clinical experience.

• Strong interest in medical devices, particularly related to maternity and breastfeeding.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.

• Sales experience is highly desirable, but training can be provided for the right candidate with clinical expertise.

• A proactive, self-motivated approach with a focus on building relationships and achieving targets.

• Full, clean driver’s license and willingness to travel nationwide.

• Proficient in using technology for record-keeping, reporting, and communication.
