Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative to manage and grow a portfolio of hospital accounts. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and ensuring the successful adoption of the company’s products across various hospital departments. You will work closely with hospital staff to identify their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet the demands of modern healthcare settings.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
Drive sales growth within the hospital sector by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across all departments, including surgery, diagnostics, patient care, and more.
Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, targeting key decision-makers in hospitals, healthcare facilities, and procurement teams.
Achieve sales targets by executing strategic sales plans and developing strong relationships with hospital administrators, clinicians, and department heads.
Customer Relationship Management:
Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with healthcare professionals, key hospital contacts, and procurement teams.
Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to educate hospital staff about the company’s products and solutions.
Offer ongoing support, ensuring customer satisfaction and maximizing product usage across hospital departments.
Product Knowledge & Support:
Develop in-depth knowledge of the company’s hospital supply product range, including understanding clinical applications and the value of each product.
Provide product training and technical support to hospital staff, ensuring they are well-equipped to use the products effectively and safely.
Stay updated on industry trends and market demands to ensure product offerings align with hospital needs.
Market Insights & Feedback:
Gather and communicate customer feedback, industry trends, and competitor insights to the product and marketing teams to help shape the company’s strategic direction.
Monitor the competitive landscape and identify new opportunities for business expansion within hospital departments.
Reporting & Administration:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress using CRM tools.
Prepare and present regular sales reports to management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, preferably within the hospital supplies, medical device, or healthcare industry.
Strong knowledge of hospital supply products and their applications across various departments (e.g., surgery, patient care, diagnostics).
Demonstrated ability to build relationships and engage with key hospital decision-makers and clinicians.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts and opportunities simultaneously.
A customer-focused approach with a commitment to providing excellent service and support.
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently.
A background in life sciences, nursing, medical sales, or a related field is desirable.
Full driving license and willingness to travel within the designated region to visit hospital clients.
