Specialising in cardiology solutions, our client is known for delivering innovative and clinically trusted technologies to hospitals and medical professionals nationwide.

We’re seeking a Clinical Support Specialist to join their expert team – someone passionate about improving patient outcomes and supporting healthcare professionals through in-depth product knowledge and on-site clinical guidance.

The Role

As a Clinical Support Specialist – Cardiology, you’ll provide hands-on support to clinicians, ensuring effective and confident use of cutting-edge cardiology devices and technologies. You’ll play a key role in training, product trials, troubleshooting, and post-sales support – bridging the gap between technical product knowledge and real-world clinical application.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver in-theatre and on-site support for cardiology procedures and equipment

• Train clinicians and healthcare staff on device usage, protocols, and best practices

• Support product trials, evaluations, and implementations

• Collaborate with the sales team to provide expert input during demos and customer meetings

• Maintain strong relationships with key clinical stakeholders

• Stay up to date on product developments and emerging clinical trends

Ideal Candidate

• Clinical background in cardiology, nursing, biomedical science, or related healthcare field

• Experience working with medical devices or in a hospital/clinical setting

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Passion for education, training, and supporting clinicians

• Full clean driving licence and willingness to travel
