Location: Field-based across Ireland
Salary: €50,000–€55,000 DOE

Grey Wave is excited to be recruiting on behalf of a dynamic, independent supplier of clinically differentiated medical products, dedicated to infection prevention and improving patient outcomes across Irish healthcare.

Our client offers innovative solutions across key clinical areas including:

  • PPE & Infection Control

  • Vascular Access & Interventional Specialties

  • Wound Care & Surgical Theatre Solutions

They are now seeking a passionate and proactive Product Sales Specialist to help drive growth and support clinicians across a broad range of healthcare environments.

About the Role

As a Product Sales Specialist, you will manage existing accounts and generate new business across hospitals, clinics, and primary care settings. You’ll be responsible for showcasing how these specialised products contribute to safer, more effective care — combining commercial drive with strong clinical understanding.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell a diverse portfolio of infection prevention and clinical care products

  • Build and manage relationships with healthcare professionals, procurement teams, and clinical leads

  • Deliver product education, training, and demonstrations on-site

  • Support evaluations, product roll-outs, and post-sales engagement

  • Work closely with internal teams to align on commercial goals and customer needs

  • Stay informed on market developments and competitor activity

Ideal Candidate

  • Proven experience in medical device sales, clinical consumables, or infection prevention solutions

  • Strong understanding of hospital systems and clinical environments

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

  • Self-starter with the ability to manage a territory independently

  • Full clean driving licence and willingness to travel nationwide
