We are currently recruiting for a compassionate and experienced Fertility Nurse to join a growing fertility and reproductive health team delivering best-in-class care.

About the Role

As a Fertility Nurse, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting patients on their fertility journey — combining clinical skill, emotional support, and coordination of care throughout their treatment cycles. Working within a multidisciplinary team, you will provide education, reassurance, and expert care to individuals and couples undergoing investigations and fertility treatments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct nursing care and support to patients undergoing fertility treatment

  • Assist with ultrasound scans, blood tests, medication administration, and treatment scheduling

  • Offer patient education on fertility medications, procedures, and treatment protocols

  • Monitor patient progress and liaise with consultants, embryologists, and clinical staff

  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with clinical protocols and standards

  • Deliver empathetic, informed care to support patients through all stages of their fertility journey

Ideal Candidate

  • Registered General Nurse (RGN) with NMBI registration

  • Previous experience in fertility, women’s health, gynaecology, or reproductive medicine

  • Knowledge of IVF, IUI, and other assisted reproductive treatments is a strong advantage

  • Excellent communication, counselling, and patient-care skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, emotionally sensitive clinical environment

  • Strong team player with a passion for women’s health and reproductive care
