Location: London (Field-based)
Salary: £50,000–£55,000 DOE

About the Role

We’re seeking a driven and dynamic Product Sales Specialist to manage and grow client relationships across the London healthcare market. This is a field-based, consultative sales role focused on bringing clinical value and measurable outcomes to frontline care environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of NHS and private healthcare clients in the London region

  • Promote a comprehensive range of products supporting infection control and patient safety

  • Deliver on-site product training, education, and support to clinical staff

  • Drive product trials, conversions, and evaluations in collaboration with key stakeholders

  • Maintain detailed market knowledge to identify new opportunities and competitor activity

  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure excellent service and support

Ideal Candidate

  • Proven experience in medical sales, ideally in infection prevention, surgical consumables, or hospital supplies

  • Strong clinical understanding and ability to liaise with nursing and procurement teams

  • Confident communicator with excellent presentation and relationship-building skills

  • Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and organised

  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the London region
