Location: West, Ireland

Salary: €55,000 DOE

Grey Wave is partnering with a leading supplier of orthopaedic and spine products to Irish surgeons and hospitals. This is an exciting opportunity for a healthcare professional to provide clinical support and expertise in the use of advanced medical devices within surgical environments.

Role Overview:
The Clinical Support Specialist will work closely with surgeons, theatre staff, and hospital teams to ensure the effective use of orthopaedic and spine products. This role requires a strong clinical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide expert guidance in surgical settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide in-theatre support during orthopaedic and spine procedures to ensure correct product usage.

  • Deliver training and education to healthcare professionals on product application and best practices.

  • Maintain strong relationships with surgeons, hospital staff, and key stakeholders.

  • Assist with product trials, demonstrations, and evaluations in clinical settings.

  • Support sales teams with technical and clinical expertise.

  • Stay updated on industry advancements and product developments.

  • Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and company standards.

Key Requirements:

  • Clinical background in nursing, physiotherapy, or a related healthcare field.

  • Previous experience in a medical device, orthopaedic, or surgical support role (preferred).

  • Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and theatre protocols.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

  • Full clean driving license and willingness to travel across West of Ireland.
