The Role

As National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing the company’s national sales strategy. You will lead a team, manage key accounts, and build strong relationships across the healthcare, optometry, and retail sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve ambitious growth targets

• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing sales team

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, opticians, and healthcare professionals

• Identify market opportunities and develop strategies to expand market share

• Collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership teams to align commercial efforts

• Report on sales performance and market trends to senior management

Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior sales role, ideally within healthcare, medical devices, or optical sectors

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities

• Full clean driving licence and willingness to travel nationwide
