The Role

As a Sales Specialist, you will manage and grow relationships within hospitals, clinics, and healthcare facilities across your assigned region. You will work closely with medical professionals, procurement teams, and internal product specialists to deliver tailored solutions and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell a wide range of specialised medical equipment and solutions

  • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders in both public and private healthcare sectors

  • Deliver product demonstrations, clinical support, and training when required

  • Meet and exceed sales targets across assigned territories

  • Stay up to date with product innovations, competitor activity, and market trends

  • Collaborate with the wider commercial and technical teams for strategic planning and execution

Ideal Candidate

  • Proven sales experience in the medical devices, healthcare, or clinical sectors

  • Clinical or technical knowledge in any of the listed product areas is a distinct advantage

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills

  • Self-motivated, organised, and target-driven

  • Full clean driving licence and willingness to travel nationwide
